Listed below are activities provided by partners of Active Eastbourne and Lewes. They include a range of ways to get you moving more and hitting the recommended 30 minutes a day of physical activity for adults and 60 minutes a day for children. The activities listed on the Active Eastbourne and Lewes website are delivered by our partner organisations. These providers are independent and not run by the partnership itself. To be featured on our website, providers must submit evidence of valid insurance and ensure their staff hold recognised qualifications.

Buzz Active

Buzz Active is a non-profit organisation, run by East Sussex County Council. Our vision is to provide access to outdoor activities to all, in stunning locations in East Sussex.

These activities include sailing, wind surfing, stand up paddle boarding, Kayaking and canoeing, and mountain biking to name a few.

Wheels for All

Use specially adapted cycles to ride around an athletics track, free from traffic – apart from other cyclists! Wheels for All is a nationally recognised initiative, working alongside the charity Wheels for All that embraces adults and children with disabilities and differing needs, to engage in a quality cycling activity.

Home Ed Sport & Play

Weekly 2 hour Sport and Play session for children of all ages. 15 minutes of free play followed by 1.5 hours of organised games and fun on a specific sport, then 15 minutes of free play to end the session. All equipment provided.
