Qi Gong and Tai Chi

Qi Gong is slow, gentle movement performed standing or seated. An ancient practice rooted in Chinese Medicine. It helps to improve mobility, boost immunity and relaxes the body and mind. 

Tai Chi is often called meditation in movement and generally practiced slowly, in a relaxed way, focusing on the breath. Although it is rooted in martial arts, many people enjoy this form of exercise for its numerous health benefits.
